Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL 
• Returns
⁃ All sales are final, we do not accept returns due to us being a small slow fashion brand, sew please be mindful and careful when choosing the correct size. 
- If you received the wrong size or color at our fault, you are eligible for a an exchange (if fabric and materials are in stock) if not you at then eligible for store credit.

•Exchanges
 -ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If needed we can send a mailing label to customers, to return for tailoring or adjusted for a better fit.

• Cancellation
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once order is placed you cannot cancel.

Damaged Goods
- If we our at fault, and still have fabric and material in stock, we will happily fix damaged or defective items, as long as you send us an email within the 14 days of purchasing it. You will be sent a return label to ship the item back to us to be fixed.

Being that I am a small business and working alone, fabric is not always on stand by and has to be ordered.
Fabric order can take up to a week. (Business days Mon-Fri)
Production can take up to two weeks depending on the product ordered and height of demand. (Business days Mon-Fri)
And another week for shipping. (Business days Mon-Fri)
Please be patient, this is a slow fashion business and again, I do this all alone.
