Shipping policy

• Once order is placed and payment is processed, production can take up to 3 weeks depending on item and height of demand. 

•Please allow 3 to 5 days for shipping once tracking number has been issued
• Fulfillment is handled Monday through Friday
• USPS EXPRESSDelivers in 2 business days anywhere in the U.S. after processing, please check the product description for my information on each piece. Please Note:  These are the times package is in transit after being handed to carrier,  it does not include processing times. 
• Please allow up to 72 hrs  processing time in addition to shipping time selected during checkout. 
• We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit nor packages that say delivered but have not been received. We have no control over shipping delays. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier (USPS, DHL, UPS, FED EX) we are no longer responsible for it.  You must file a inquiry or claim directly with the carrier.
